If you haven't already, list your websites on http://local.yahoo.com and on Google Local Business Center (www.google.com/local/add). Search engines are displaying local searches more prominently in the search engine results pages (SERP's).

The listings are free and you can post a wide variety of information about your products and services on the listings.

Local search in figuring more prominently in SERP's (search engine results pages), so, you need to list your website on Yahoo Local and Google Local Business Center. You will need a emails on each to create an account, so create a yahoo.com email and a gmail.com email first.
